Hello, I’m Helen Roome.

Helen Roome is a registered healthcare professional with nearly 30 years of experience supporting people with chronic health conditions, focusing on Fibromyalgia for the past decade. Her compassion deepened when close friends were diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and struggled with misinformation and stigmatization.

So, she founded a thriving in-person support group and pursued specialised clinical training. With a BSc Occupational Therapy and postgraduate studies in pain management and theology, Helen provides research-backed, holistic coaching for Fibromyalgia and trains other practitioners globally. She also authored the popular book “Your Pain Playbook”.

Outside work, she enjoys family time, reading, painting and gardening.
